I choose my job in the video production, which is sound editor because I have experience in editing field and I want to focus in sound specially. I also, attend the second meeting with project supervisor to discuss about several points like groups work and meeting.

Search about sound editor job and know more about his position in the video production. I find information about German sound editor who called Guido Zettier. Additionally, I search about the software that used in sound editing and I found many software and I have been working with some of them while editing my leaves film.

I attend the third meeting to discuss the video idea with the pre-production team. They found two ideas and I suggest several things like: shoot the video generally for all HCT college. Gathering girls from different major and shoot them with their special equipment such as: camera for media.I also,attend my team meeting and show one of my videos for the map idea and we discuss the quality if we make it the same. And I take the role of designing the entry and I will ask for the help from Mr.Barry if I need.

Arranging meeting with my team and take the meeting minutes and we decided that Hulaiwa will be that team leader for next week and each of us will show example of her work. I will show the group a sample of my work with grageband software.

This week I was active and done a lot of work. I attend several meeting with my team and supervisor. I become with new ideas for the film production on the main meeting also I discuss the problem that might happened and the stress that we will face with the supervisor.Moreover, I done my smart goal that have exact dates and time to finish the requirement work that I should do. Also I choose to design the video poster and I re tweet the account of the project as a part of the marketing.

During this week I feel excited and active. I did many things and share ideas with my team members. I ask the supervisor to attend our meeting to get the approval and take his comments on the film entry and discuss about the poster design. My team did their job in perfect way and we are ready to take the footage from the production team and start editing.I will mange to finish the poster during week 5 and show it the whole teams.But I feel that there are some problems with other teams and this may affect our work.

This week our group become under the stress because their is a problem in the first scene of the movie because the production team didn't aware of the story board and the editor vision. I start to create the poster and the map and it will be ready at the end of the week.The producer like my work and it has the same theme of the brochure and the film ticket.

This is the last week and I already finish all of my works last weekend and I feel satisfy and comfortable to do any extra work such as edit the poster or making the powerpoint for the final presentation. Our team was very organized and finish on time. But sometime we miss the communication with other groups. I really like the final version of the film and the whole team make a good effort to finish it.

This is a documentary film about the history of Pearl Jam band. it directed by Cameron Crowe.The filming take two years and it completed 2011.

From Eric interview I found that he got the job because his qualification. Additionally his brother was the film producer.he worked with him and the director Cameron in some project and he was pleased to have this chance. he worked with Kevin Klauber and Chris Perkel the editing team who help him in the sound design and editing.His He use different tools in his studio which is Pro Tools|HD3 rig, a Sound Performance Lab SMC-2489 monitor box, five Yamaha HSM 80s near-fields and a Yamaha SW10 for a subwoofer.http://mixonline.com/post/features/pearl_jam_twenty/
In future I prefer to be the film director instead of being responsible just about the sound editing. because I found several difficulties to finish this task . First, it took time to find a documentary film. Second,it's hard to find interview with the film sound editor.Furthermore,The sound editor talk mostly about the editing equipment instead of his experience in the film.
